Arraignment rescheduled for woman accused of I-95 wrong-way fatal
News
Patricia Collins

RICHMOND HILL, GA (WTOC)- The woman accused of driving the wrong way down I-95 and killing a Bryan County deputy was scheduled to be in court Monday but her arraignment has been pushed back to Jan. 14 due to medical reasons.

Collins was released from the Chatham County Detention Center in September on a $25,000 bond with the condition of house arrest in her Richmond Hill home.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigations says Collins was intoxicated way over the legal limit when she struck and killed Sergeant Bobby Crapse on Interstate 95 back in June.
